It is valued at $ 2 billion, this house comes second in place for most expensive house in the world, while it is first in India.

Till now, the title of the most expensive house in the world had been claimed by Antilia. Now, another billionaire family of India, the Singhania’s have decided to a run for its money with the development of the ‘J.K.HOUSE’. JK House is named after the founder of one of the biggest Indian business entities, JK Industries. It is spread over 16,000 square feet and includes a residential space, office space and five floors reserved only to park the best cars in town. The home also features a Spa, two private swimming pools, a gym, a recreational area and even its own helipad. Gautam Singhania, the chairman and managing director of the Raymond group is well renowned for his undying affection for fast cars, mega yachts, and luxury private jets. The house claimed to have a valuation of around Rs.6000 crores, the property is the second-tallest private building in India, after Antilia.

AnilAmbani’s home at Pali Hill in Mumbai is said to be one of the most expensive homes in India. The tall building is complete with a fancy helipad and a few helicopters on it too. The building is spread over 16,000 square feet and its almost 70 meters high. This luxurious home is around more than Rs 5000 crores.
