1. Plan the meals

2. Drink plenty if water
Water doesn’t only help the body to stay hydrated but also helps in balancing the weight.
3. Find a healthy substitute
If chips are your favourite but excessive eating of it makes you obese. Find a substitute for it, have masala sprout, milk shake, salads with a tweak. It will help in suffice your appetite as well as won’t increase the number in your weight scale.
4. Slow eating
Do not gulp in one go. Eat like a sparrow and slowly in small portions and chew it properly, that will definitely help.
Do at least an hour exercise that will help not to just stay fit but it will increase the metabolism rate.
