Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has suffered a major setback ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Twelve of the CSK player and support staff appear to have been infected with the corona. The other 12, including a fast bowler, are reported to have support staff and a social media team. However, the health of everyone infected with the virus is now stable.
It is learned that all the franchises reached the UAE just last week for IPL 2020. According to the rules, Covid-19 tests were conducted for players every 1,3, 6 days. On the 6th day of the RT PCR test, a CSK player and 12 staff members were diagnosed with coronavirus. Immediately CSK ownership sent them into the quarantine by taking all safety precautions. However, the health of everyone is said to be stable.
