The projection of population studies has been helping us to estimate the future predictions which are considered as societal oriented problems. For the solving problems from this, we need to understand the current challenges and issues for making the solutions based on the scientific evidence-based approaches. Now we are having difficult times to cope up with our problems that have arisen by the human-made interventions. In fact, the majority of the problems are coming from the imbalance between nature and culture as holistically that gives to understand the future predictions based on the distribution of the population. In addition, the technological aspects are also one of the reasons for the easy access to healthcare and other developmental activities in the present society. However, the population projections will help us to minimize the problems and gives alternative solutions to sustain healthy societies.

The data shows that the population indicators from years 2011 to 2031 to understand the future estimations which provide to assess the human problems and welfare-oriented issues. In all the indicators of the above table show that the gradual increase of the population in the given data. According to above, the data shows that the sex ratio indicates an alarming issue in the demographic perspective. There are several reasons such as educational status, social status of women, socio-economic conditions and poverty issues etc are cited in this regard. Moreover, lack of gender sensitization which is a major reflect in the understanding sex ratio. For this, we need to make better policy regimes to balancing sex ratio in contemporary society. The population density is also slightly increased in the given table. Over the years, the population density has been increasing due to technological boundaries along with geographical regions. The population density is a little problematic in the coming years. It may create conflicts between the resources which are available to us on the earth. Majority of the resources have been declining due to overpopulation that leads to scarcity of resources that creates human problems.


The data shows that gradual decline of population growth rate by the year of 2020-30. And the other demographic indicators such as Crude Birth Rate (CBR) are also observed that gradual decline which indicates negative trend. The decline CBR is due to the socio- economic conditions and the structure of the society, modernity into the lifestyles of current contexts etc. In fact, the Crude Death Rate (CDR) has been increased in the year-wise. The recent lifestyle and food practices, the rise of chronic diseases which are major causes of CDR. Further, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is decreased in the coming years which indicate that a positive trend in the population demographic. The reproductive and maternal health care and public policies have been playing a role in the decline of mortality rate. The Total Fertility Rate (TFR) is also observed as a decline over the years. The decline of TFR is due to the recent changes in the society that includes the lifestyle of the population, environmental conditions, technology impact on the pregnant women, urbanization and socio-economic conditions of the family etc.

The life expectancy is more of females than male and gradual increased on both male and female. The recent technological inventions and advanced medical facilities have been playing a role in the promotion of population wellbeing. The above data shows in all the trends indicate that the decline or increase of demographic characters based on the socio- economic conditions, literacy rate, public policy systems which are state/ central government policies that effect on the general population. Hence, there is a need to be effective policy regimes for the sustainability population in the developmental matters in Indian contemporary societies. Finally, it needs to rethink the social and healthcare policies for the
effective implementation of population policies.
