AP Three capital bill passed in Assembly

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government gets Andhra Pradesh Capital Regional Development Authority (APCRDA) bill and Decentralisation of Administration bill passed in assembly.

Municipal administration minister Botsa Satyanarayana introduced APCRDA (repeal) bill, whereas Decentralisation of Administration bill was introduced by finance minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy.

New bills were introduced by the government in the assembly and were passed by voice of vote, both the bills were passed unanimously in the absence of opposition.

Earlier in January the bills were rejected by the legislature secretary in the legislative council, where the Telugu Desam Party was in majority. So the fresh bills were introduced for the second time.

As they were introduced for the second time, and passed by the assembly they will now be directly sent to the Governor and the formalities will follow.
