Andhra University and Intellectual Property Talent Search Examination (IPTSE) academy have signed an MoU to promote IP ( intellectual property ) culture in Andhra Pradesh. The MoU was signed during a webinar participated by V Krishna Mohan, Registrar of AU and Sourabha Sachdeva of IPTSE.
Speaking on the occasion, they said the objective of the MoU is to promote IP culture in the academic institutions of Andhra Pradesh. As per the MoU, IPTSE and Andhra University will work together as the nodal agency in the state for IPR (Intellectual Property Rights), they said.
The nodal agency will organise webinars and training programmes, which will help the students in the IP Olympiad exam, besides offering them internships, they said. AU is going to organise several programs along with IPTSE to nurture the culture of IP in the state, said PVGD Prasad, Vice-Chancellor.
