With the lockdown, our lives may have come to halt but the nature is bouncing back to its best form.
Animals’ rejoicing the green pastures and the air quality is improving not just in the city but throughout India. It is said that there is remarkable improvement in the quality of air, pollution levels have dropped down.
It is no more misty or dusty, skies are blue and clear all the time and as the dusk follows there’s a calmness and gush of winds. The state currently falls in the Air Quality Index (AQI).
Except the pharmaceuticals, all other industries have come to a halt. Basically AQI is calculated taking in consideration eight pollutants – nitrogen oxide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia etc. The city AQI has down from 76 to 45 which is a remarkable change.
