CM of Andhrapradesh Vision was applauded by World Bank Director


YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh was lauded and appreciated by Lynne Sherburne Benz, the World Bank Director for social protection and Jobs Global Practise.
When the CM met the director and the other officials at the secretariat on Tuesday he discussed about various schemes and his development plans for the villages in AP.
As transforming the underdeveloped areas is one of the topmost mission, he also spoke about setting up English medium schools, Rythu Bharosa Centres, basically equipping village in such a way that it will be self-sufficient. His vision for working and bringing a change in the health and education sector was applauded.
Viewing all this, the officials of the World Bank stated that a period of four months will be taken to work and analyze closely with the state’s official to understand the sectors well. Also, the officials said they will lend a hand for support in order to ensure the development of AP.
The meeting was also graced by Nilam Sawhney, Chief Secretary, Praveen Prakash, Principal Secretary and other senior officials too.
