Former TDP ministers QUIT and JOIN the YSRCP


SA Rahman joins YSRC after quitting TDP in December 2019. Previously he was the TDP city unit chief but the MLA opted out of the party as there was a disagreement over the issue of three capital cities.
After the prevailing of strong disagreement within the party members, he quitted the party and recently joined YSRC. He also disagreed with the number of seats being provided to the Muslims in 2019 election. The MLA previously served as the VMRDA chairman.
Also, the former TDP member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council and former minister Dokka Manikya Varaprasad quit the Telugu Desam Party and joined the ruling party.
He also claimed the reason for his joining the party is the overall development of the state in which the present Government is actively working on. Both the ministers joined the party in the presence of CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
