The three-judge bench of Andhra Pradesh High court stayed the AP Decentralization and Inclusive Development of All Regions Bill, 2020 till the 14th of August, and directed the state government to file a counter affidavit on the petition. On July 31 Governor Vishwabhushan Parichandan approved the Administrative Decentralization Bill and the CRDA Abolition Bill. High Court orders have taken precedence in this order. The tribunal clarified that the stay would continue till the 14th.
