Minister Avanti Srinivas clarified that all industries in the state should adopt safety standards to give priority to the safety of the workers as well as the people around them. He said his government was in favour of industries and at the same time gave high priority to the lives of the people. He said the incident at the pharma company in Parawada in Visakhapatnam was unfortunate.
One person was killed and three others were injured in what became known as the Cold War. He said a meeting with industry owners in the state would be held next month. Earlier, Lakshmi Prasad, president of the State Official Language Association, Yarlagadda, Rajit Bhargav, special general secretary of the tourism department, BJ Jayaram, CEO of Shilpa Ram, Praveen Kumar, CEO of the tourism department, R.D.
