KGH Superintendent conducted a review meeting with ITDA staff


Superintendent of King George Hospital (KGH) Dr G Arjuna conducted a review meeting with ITDA staff and medical officer working in King George Hospital at chambers of the superintendent and discussed about various issues related to receiving, admission, investigations and treatment of tribals who come for treatment in KGH.

He instructed tribal cell staff to maintain each individual patient’s detailed diary and to maintain fever register. The tribal cell patients entry register should be countersigned by 4:00 pm by DCSRMO daily. Investigation and bills must be attested by the DCSRMO. Every month the staff attendance register is signed by the DCSRMO, Superintendent and then forwarded to the Project Director, ITDA. Seasonal fever cases and other cases are to be entered in the separate register and to update the census by the end of every month. The transportation of patients will be done by ITDA vehicle, dead bodies by Mahaprasthanam vehicle. Private vehicles should not be encouraged for transportation of the patients to their destination.

During this meeting Dy.Superintendent Dr.K.Indira Devi, DCSRMO Dr.K.Anjibabu, ARMO Dr.Ch.Sadhana, Dr.H.R.K.Dora, Dr.M.Vijay Sankar, Dr.Bindhu Madhavi, Dr.Ramadas CAS Tribal cell KGH and other tribal cell staff attended.
