People call him the Prince and he is one of the highest-rated actors in the Telugu film industry. This is the story of Mahesh Babu. So far, he has appeared in 25 films and most of his films have won him great awards and he has secured a rock-solid place in the history of the Telugu film industry.

Born on 9th August 1975, he is the son of actor Krishna and his mother’s name is Indira. His older brother used to look after him and was responsible for his academics. His father made sure that none of his children would reveal his name during their schooling to make sure they got treated equally.

Mahesh started his film career when he debuted as a child artist after a lot of persuasion from the film crew he visited one time. However, his lead role debut came with the movie Raja Kumarudu where he c-starred with Priety Zinta. He was liked by all in the movie and the fans started to call him “Prince” but after his debut, he gave a few flops before hid did the movie Murari for which he received the Nandi Special Jury Award. His movie Okkadu also starring Bhumika Chawla did extremely well at the box office and he won his first Telugu Filmfare Award for it.

In another movie, Nijam was also praised for Mahesh’s performance. Since then he has done movies like Athadu, Pokri, Bharath Ane Nenu, Maharishi, and more and has etched his name as one of the best actors in the contemporary genre. He has faced many setbacks and has also appeared in court regarding an assault case but even with all of that going on, he has not once abandoned his art and continues to be loved by his fans.
