the lockdown was announced on March 24 and since then everything is closed apart from the availing of essentials from vegetables to medicines and groceries.
Previously the Government of AP gave way to selling the essentials from vegetables to groceries, from 6 am to 1 pm, then it got cut down to 6 am to 11 am and now 6 am to 9 am. Pharmaceuticals will be open 24/7
Despite the regular instructions being given to people of staying back at home and practicing social distance. It is seen that many people aren’t following the rules. They are going out even after the cut off time, breaking rules. Certain places, crowds are following the rules, whereas in others it is seen people are not following the protocol.
Already 94 cases have been registered and 238 violators have been arrested, 114 vehicles were seized.
If a person is going out to buy essentials, only one person can go in their scootey or bikes.
In a car, two people are allowed. And it is mandatory to follow the norms set up by the government.
If people do not abide by the norms, then stringent action will be taken against the people who will break the norms.
