The 6th chapter of Bhagavad Gita entitled THE YOGA OF MEDITATION (Dhyana Yoga) has 47 Verses divided into five topics and they are
1. The process of the yogi rising to Jnani in spiritual growth.
2. The external and internal disciplines need for meditation.
3. How can the mind continue to remain steady & peaceful?
4. How meditation reveals self in one and all.
5. The way yogi unites with Brahman.
The ancient philosophy of Vedanta enunciates the eternal principles of life and living. Living is an art, a skill, a technique, one needs to learn and practice.
This year, Sushilaji Senior disciple of Swami Parthasarathy will be addressing on the Chapter VI of Bhagavad Gita. Sushilaji has dedicated over three decades to the full-time study research and propagation of Vedanta- the ancient philosophy of India.
