Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case took a new turn, after the actor’s father filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborthy and her family members including Indrajit Chakraborthy, Sandhya Chakraborthy, Shruthi Modi, Showik Chakraborty and others. FIR has been lodged at Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna, under various sections of IPC including 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating and dishonestly including delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide).

His father alleged that Rhea Chakraborthy came to Sushant’s house on June 6th and took away many of his Son’s belongings which included cash, laptop, debit card and other important documents. He also alleged them of handling Sushant’s bank account and withdrawing crores of rupees. He also said that Rhea and her family kept him away from his family, and blackmailed him by saying that she will reveal his medical history to the media and public thus putting his career into jeopardy.

Over the last one month Sushant’s death has created a debate on nepotism in Bollywood and many politicians and actors and fans took it to social media and demanded a CBI probe into his death. And now his father’s complaint came as a twist to the ongoing situation.
