Just a couple of years ago, an entire Tiger Shroff film could be made in Rs. 25 crores. Now, however, just the actors’ fee has become Rs.25 crore. Sources in the trade inform us that producer Jackky Bhagnani has signed on Tiger for w whopping Rs. 50 crore for two films.
The source adds, “Jackky, who is producing the film Ganapath1, is planning it as a series and has signed on Tiger for two films together, They hope the film to get a larger-than-life canvas, with a lot of action and hence wanted to make sure that Tiger was on for both parts of the movie at one go. Depending on what the outcome of the two films is, they hope to decide whether to take the franchise forward”.
Ganapath, which is being directed by Vikas Bahl, will apparently see Tiger in an all-new avatar, as an angry young man in a post-pandemic dystopian era.
