Kale: Of all the leafy green veggies we eat, kale 8s the king. A 100 grams of Kale contains Vitamin-C, Vitamin-A, Vitamin-K1 and large amounts of calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper and manganese. Kale may be even more healthier than spinach. Kale is low in oxalates.
Seaweed: The sea has more than just fish. It also contains massive amounts of vegetation. There are yet thousands of plants in an ocean, some of which are very nutritious. Seaweed is popular in dishes like Sushi. Many Sushi dishes also include a type of seaweed known as nori, which is used as an edible wrapping.
