Yoga Classes for Healthy Life


With the onset of coronavirus pandemic, people are restricted to their homes and getting laxity. On that lines Waltair Division authorities initiated Yoga classes for its all railway employees and family members to keep oneself energized and fit. The classes will be organized at Raghava kalamandapam from 6am every day for an hour. Interested employees and family members can join these classes and can improve their health in fight against CoVID.

Speaking on the occasion Divisional Railway Manager Shri Chetan Kumar Shrivastava said that Yoga, pranayam helps to get rid of stress, anxiety as well as keep body healthy. It helps relieve back pain, strengthens bones and muscles and sharpens the mind, he added. Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Shri KSN Raju said that railway personnel and family members can utilize this opportunity to keep their health fit and fight against Corona virus infection.
